HEALTH QUESTIONNAIRE
Prior to the first consultation, clients complete a detailed health and medical history.

CONSULTATION
During the initial consultation we dive deeper into a client's history. My clients have time and space to be open with their symptoms and health history. For many, this is often the first time they have felt truly heard.

PERSONALISED PLAN
I provide you with your initial personalised plan. Where appropriate I recommend functional testing - the results help guide my approach - this may include looking at nutritional status, hormonal function, gut health, food sensitivities, immune health and genetics.

FOLLOW UP SESSIONS
Depending on the health programme you purchase, you will have a number of shorter follow-up consultations. These allow us to assess progress and tweak your plan as we go along.
