Qualifications & Training
It is important to me that you know you are in safe hands, working with a professional who is both fully qualified and who also undergoes continual professional development. I am a member of BANT - the British Association for Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine - the leading professional body for Registered Nutritional Therapy Practitioners in one-to-one clinical practice and a self-regulator for BANT Registered Nutritionists®.

Listed below are my formal qualifications in relation to nutritional therapy. In addition to these formal certifications, I regularly attend CPD events, conferences and set aside time to review relevant recent research. Prior to my nutritional career, I graduated in 2005 from the University of Wales Cardiff with a degree in zoology, and between 2005 - 2016 I worked in various roles as an environmental advisor.
