Keep an eye out on your emails: you will receive a link to create an account with 'Practice Better' - this is the client management software that I use to keep all your details secure and where all consultation bookings are made.

 

You will also receive a very detailed health questionnaire form - I will need this returned a minimum of 3 days before your initial consultation, so please factor this in before booking your first appointment.
